Agentic AI Delivery Lead – Client Agentic Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for an Agentic AI Delivery Lead with 8–10 years of experience to own the end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation solutions for banking, financial services and insurance clients.

You will lead / work closely with multidisciplinary team of functional specialists, architects, engineers and QA professionals, working closely with clients to take solutions from discovery through production deployment and stabilization. Using Dailoqa’s Broccoli platform, you will translate business priorities into executable delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value with the quality, controls and human oversight required in financial services.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in BFSI technology delivery, digital transformation or enterprise applications, alongside practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, system integration and cloud technologies. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, resolving delivery issues and making clear decisions—not simply tracking progress.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who combines technical judgement, client credibility and commercial awareness, and wants to help financial institutions put agentic AI into everyday use.

Key Responsibiloties :

• Lead the delivery of agentic AI transformation solutions for BFSI clients, from discovery and solution definition through deployment, stabilization and operational handover.
• Own scope, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery economics, ensuring clear accountability across the client and Dailoqa teams
• Cross-Functional Execution : Lead a multidisciplinary delivery pod across industry/functional specialists, AI architects, platform engineers, solution engineers and QA.
• Translate agreed business and solution designs into an executable backlog, with clear priorities, ownership and realistic commitments.
• Drive reuse of Broccoli capabilities and identify platform dependencies early, avoiding unnecessary bespoke development.
• Focus on building Agentic Workflow and Production Readiness solutions
• Oversee integration with client data and systems, coordinating access, environment readiness, security reviews and other client dependencies.
• Work with technical and QA leads to validate business accuracy, agent behaviour, integration reliability and failure scenarios—not just functional completion.
• Drive release readiness, including monitoring, audit trails, rollback procedures, support ownership and required client approvals.Client and Stakeholder Leadership
• Serve as the primary delivery contact, providing clear updates on progress, decisions, risks and business impact.
• Resolve cross-team blockers, manage scope changes and escalate issues early with practical options and recommendations.Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance
• Support the implementation and integration of Agentic AI solutions with banking platforms, enterprise applications, and data systems.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, security, and operational standards.
• Promote adoption of modern development practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
• Assist in identifying and resolving delivery blockers and technical dependencies.Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience delivering technology solutions, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Experience in project delivery, application implementation, digital transformation, or product delivery roles.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release management processes.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, or intelligent automation projects is preferred.
• Experience working with banking systems, payment platforms, digital channels, lending, risk, compliance, or related BFSI domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern software engineering practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, testing frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Project Management, Cloud, or AI technologies are a plus.Preferred Attributes
