Integration Architect
About Valiance: Valiance is a deep-tech AI company building multimodal AI platforms for defence, public safety, enterprise, and government. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Founder’s Office in day-to-day administration, operations, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design, modelling, and blueprints of inbound and outbound data integration streams between complex enterprise landscapes (ERPs like SAP/Oracle) and the o9 platform.
● Data Modeling & Mapping: Lead business discovery workshops to deeply analyze and understand client business entities (e.g., items, locations, customers, bills of materials), and strategically map and convert them into optimal o9 objects (Dimensions, Measures, and Properties) within the o9 data model.
● Advanced Engineering & Tuning: Direct the creation of highly optimized data workflows using SQL, Python, and PySpark; audit junior code to ensure performance, scalability, and code reusability.
● Enterprise Orchestration: Design robust orchestration frameworks using o9 Batch Orchestrator and Apache Airflow, implementing automated failovers, SLA alerts, and complex scheduling patterns.
● Governance & Reconciliation: Establish rigorous data governance, end-to-end data reconciliation
frameworks, automated error-handling routines, and lead technical stabilization during hyper-care phases.
● Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client IT teams, lead technical discovery workshops, mentor junior integration consultants, and oversee delivery quality. Drive delivery excellence by leading technical tracks within Agile/Scrum environments, managing sprint deliverables, and scoping technical backlogs.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
● Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise data integration, big data engineering, or solution architecture.
● Advanced Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of SQL/Spark SQL. Good experience in Python and PySpark for large-scale, multi-tenant distributed data processing.
● Connectivity & Ecosystems: Good knowledge on integrating cloud storage systems (Azure Blob, AWS S3, SFTP) within enterprise data pipelines.
● Soft Skills: Superior consulting capabilities, executive-level technical communication, and a strong track record of managing complex client technical stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
● o9 Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience with the o9 Solutions platform.
● Data Architecture: Advanced knowledge of modern Data Warehouse architectures, Data Lakehouse paradigms, and master data management (MDM).
● Domain Leadership: Strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning frameworks (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP) to effectively align technical designs with business requirements
