Role Description This is a full-time remote Web Developer role responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the company’s websites and web applications. The Web Developer will develop responsive user interfaces, implement website layouts, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, integrating front-end and back-end components, optimizing site performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with designers and marketing teams to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing web solutions, while adhering to best practices in security, accessibility, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
  • Candidates should possess solid Web Development fundamentals, covering web architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to web technologies, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Candidates should possess Web Design awareness, with an understanding of responsive design, usability, and basic UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are required.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
