Role Description

GenAI ArchitectWe are seeking a highly experienced and handson Principal Architect to lead our AI Center of Excellence COE focused on building and scaling enterprisegrade Agentic AI solutions and domainspecific Small Language Models SLMsThe ideal candidate must have strong handson experience in SLMLLM finetuning model evaluation and production deployment along with solid experience in knowledge ingestion RAG and enterprise AI delivery The candidate must be a builder not a coordinator and capable of designing developing evaluating and productionizing enterprise AI solutionsKey Responsibilities Lead the design development evaluation and productionization of enterprise SLMs Architect and build Agentic AI and MultiAgent solutions using modern AI orchestration frameworks Design and implement Advanced RAG solutions including Agentic RAG Hybrid RAG Graph RAG and Knowledge Graphbased retrieval Establish enterprise knowledge ingestion enrichment indexing and intelligence frameworks Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloudnative architectures and modern engineering practices Define AI evaluation governance observability security and quality standards Drive architecture reviews technical governance and customer solutioning Mentor architects and engineers and build reusable AI assets and acceleratorsMandatory Skills1SLM Engineering Productionization Strong handson experience in finetuning evaluating optimizing and deploying SLMsLLMs into production LoRA QLoRA Distillation Quantization PEFT Hugging Face Experience with Llama Mistral Phi Gemma or similar models Synthetic data generation instruction tuning and domain adaptation2Knowledge Engineering Data Intelligence Enterprise data ingestion for structured semistructured and unstructured data Knowledge Base design chunking metadata enrichment indexing and retrieval Knowledge Graphs Ontologies Taxonomies and Semantic Search Enterprise content integration from SharePoint Confluence Databases APIs and Document Repositories Embeddings Retrieval Reranking and Knowledge Intelligence frameworks3Agentic AI Advanced RAG LangGraph LangChain MCP Model Context Protocol MultiAgent Systems Planning Memory Reasoning and Tool Integration Agentic RAG Hybrid RAG Graph RAG and CRAG Vector Databases Neo4j and Graph DatabasesEvaluation AI Quality RAGAS DeepEval LangSmith MLflow or equivalent frameworks Grounding Validation Hallucination Detection Benchmarking and Model Evaluation AI Observability MonitoringLeadership ConsultingExperience leading architecture engagements customer workshops technical governance and executivelevel solution discussionsStrong mentoring stakeholder management presales and solution consulting capabilities
