About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership professional to work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business performance, profitability and execution at Alright TV.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy, business operations, financial performance and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigour with the ability to translate business problems into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive strategic priorities and business initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across Content, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
  • Analyse business performance, cost structures and unit economics to identify opportunities for profitability improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to improve Gross Margin and CM2 through cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, dashboards and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, recommendations and execution plans.
  • Track key initiatives, resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure delivery against business objectives.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. from an IIT, followed by an MBA from an IIM or ISB. Both qualifications are mandatory.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, business metrics and unit economics.
  • Demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a high-growth consumer business.
  • Strong business judgement and the ability to connect strategic decisions with financial outcomes.
  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and a strong bias for action.
