MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – STRATEGY & BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

V2 Retail Ltd. | Gurgaon | Work from Office

V2 Retail is building its Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) and is looking for 3–4 MBA-trained techno-functional problem solvers who can work across business functions and drive impactful transformation.

Role: Manager / Deputy Manager – Strategy & Business Transformation

Location: Gurgaon Head Office

Experience: 2–6 years post-MBA

Qualification: MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute

Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office

Openings: 3–4

What You’ll Work On

  • Diagnose business problems through structured analysis and Root Cause Analysis
  • Redesign processes, SOPs, RACIs and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for automation, GenAI and AI-led transformation
  • Build quick prototypes and Proof of Concepts
  • Work closely with Business, BI and IT teams
  • Drive UAT, implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives
  • Track business impact across growth, margin and cost
  • Prepare CXO-ready presentations, dashboards and leadership communication

What We’re Looking For

Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills

Cross-functional exposure across commercial, operations or support functions

Experience in process mapping and gap analysis

Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL, Python or Power BI/Tableau

Hands-on exposure to GenAI, automation or AI-based workflows

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills

Consulting / Strategy / CEO Office / Transformation PMO experience is a plus

Retail experience is NOT mandatory — we are looking for strong business thinkers with a transformation mindset.
