Job Description – Web Developer Company: BookMyTourNow (BMTN Tours and Travels Private Limited) Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana Department: Information Technology / Web Development Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, creative, and results-driven Web Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize our websites, booking platforms, and digital applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development, API integrations, website performance optimization, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Maintenance

  • Develop, manage, and maintain company websites and web applications.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

2. Front-End & Back-End Development

  • Develop interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Work with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Manage databases, server-side functionality, and application architecture.
  • Develop and maintain reusable, scalable code.

3. API & Third-Party Integrations

  • Integrate flight, hotel, holiday, visa, and other travel-related APIs.
  • Implement payment gateway, CRM, WhatsApp, and third-party service integrations.
  • Troubleshoot API connectivity, data synchronization, and booking workflow issues.
  • Coordinate with external technology vendors and API providers.

4. Website Performance & SEO

  • Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website uptime, responsiveness, and security.
  • Improve website usability, conversion rates, and customer experience.

5. Business Automation & Technology Support

  • Support the development and integration of internal business automation tools.
  • Assist with CRM, HRMS, AI-based applications, and operational dashboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams on technology requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and version control.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Website uptime, speed, and performance.
  • Timely completion of development tasks and projects.
  • Resolution time for bugs and technical issues.
  • Successful API integrations and system functionality.
  • Website conversion improvements and technical SEO performance.
  • Code quality, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant web development experience preferred.

  • Experience in travel technology, e-commerce, or online booking platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
