RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Workflow Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of complex, high-priority HR tech modules (e.g.,

payroll engines, performance management, workforce analytics, mobile attendance).

High-Fidelity Artifacts: Produce complete UX artifacts—from user journeys and wireframes to

production-ready Figma mockups, interactive prototypes, and micro-interactions.

Design Systems: Drive the evolution of our centralized Figma Design System (tokens, auto-layout,

interactive components) and ensure component standardization across all pods.

AI-First Workflows: Embed modern AI design tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) into the

team’s day-to-day workflow to maximize design velocity and research automation.

People Management: Manage, guide, and mentor a small team of 2–4 UX/UI designers. Conduct regular

1:1s, design critiques, and performance reviews.

Quality & Governance: Set high standards for visual design, interaction quality, and design system

usage across the team's output.

Sprint & Capacity Planning: Allocate design resources within the pod, balance workload across sprint

cycles, and ensure on-time delivery of dev-ready assets.

Process Optimization: Establish efficient dev-handoff workflows, usability testing cadence, and

cross-functional alignment habits with engineering and product.

LOOKING FOR

8 to 10 years of total experience in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS, B2B cloud applications, or

consumer-scale mobile apps.

Proven experience (or demonstrated strong readiness) in leading design reviews, mentoring junior

designers, or stepping into formal people management.

Mastery of Figma (Auto-Layout, Variables, Component Architecture, Dev Mode, Design System

Governance).

Strong grounding in Design Thinking, Information Architecture, and Product Strategy.
Practical experience incorporating AI tools into design research, copy, and UI generation workflows.
Strong cross-functional alignment skills—ability to push back on unrealistic tech constraints and advocate

strongly for user experience with PMs and Dev Leads.
