Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and SQL, along with proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and drive end-to-end application architecture and technical solutions.
  • Lead hands-on frontend development using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases and complex SQL queries.
  • Define coding standards, review code, and ensure application quality and security.
  • Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and guide implementation.
  • Drive application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, deployment, and delivery.
  • Support CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.Required Skills
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration.
  • Strong SQL and relational database design and optimization skills.
  • Good understanding of application architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices.
  • Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.
  • Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have
  • Experience with Redis, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or LLM integrations.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with cloud-native deployments and infrastructure automation.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can independently own application architecture, drive technical implementation, guide development teams, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of production-ready applications.
