As a UK BCS Tax Tech Delivery Senior Associate you will support client service delivery across product management activities within our Tax practice, helping shape work from product definition and planning through release, maintenance, and end of life. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and business awareness. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help translate business needs into product activities, use data and critical thinking to inform decisions, and contribute to work that sits at the intersection of the business, user experience, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Designing product roadmaps for tax technology delivery initiatives across the full product lifecycle
  • Translating client tax and workforce requirements into product definitions, features, and release plans
  • Coordinating delivery workstreams that connect business needs, user experience, and technical implementation
  • Analyzing complex tax and mobility processes to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Prioritizing product backlogs and managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Interpreting data, user feedback, and market trends to shape product decisions and recommendations
  • Supporting commercialization, go-to-market activities, and internal product adoption efforts
  • Mentoring junior team members while reviewing work output and guiding day-to-day delivery activities

What You Must Have

  • 4- 6 years of experience, with exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project coordination.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of SharePoint, reporting/visualisation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and analytical, with strong prioritisation skills, commercial awareness and basic knowledge of AI applications in project management and productivity.

  • Demonstrating client-facing tax technology delivery experience
  • Applying critical thinking to complex workforce tax issues
  • Interpreting data to inform recommendations and action
  • Building meaningful relationships across varied stakeholder groups
  • Anticipating team and client needs in ambiguous settings
