I am looking for a 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at Surety Seven (007), where we're building technology to simplify and digitise surety bonds in India.

We need someone who can 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

🔹 Define product requirements, PRDs, and user journeys.

🔹 Work with engineering teams to translate ideas into features.

🔹 Track project timelines, deliverables, and blockers.

🔹 Understand technical discussions and bridge the gap between business and engineering.

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams, insurers, and external partners.

🔹 Support UAT, testing, and product launches.

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or similar roles.

✅ Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✅ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 — no coding required, but you should understand APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.

✅ Ability to track multiple projects, timelines, and dependencies.

✅ Familiarity with Jira, Figma, or Postman is a plus.

✅ Above all, 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

You'll work closely with product and business leadership, collaborate with engineering, own meaningful problems, and see your ideas go from concept to launch.
