Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Project Manager to drive delivery of multi-product digital platforms including RMS/OMS middleware, web, mobile, back-office, and open APIs within a capital markets ecosystem.

The role requires deep understanding of trading workflows, strong technical systems fluency, and disciplined execution governance.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of features spanning middleware, APIs, web, mobile, and back-office systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Backend (Golang), Frontend (React), Mobile (Flutter), QA, DevOps, Infra.
Manage integrations with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories.
Conduct impact analysis for regulatory and exchange-driven changes.
Define release strategy, dependency mapping, and rollback planning.
Ensure API versioning discipline and backward compatibility.
Track execution metrics including defect leakage, release quality, and incident management (MTTR).
Align business priorities with engineering capacity through structured scope management.

Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of capital markets workflows (Order lifecycle, Margining, Settlement, DP processes).
Technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, database migration, and deployment models.
Experience managing multi-service product environments.
Proven ability to handle regulatory deadlines and high-risk releases.
Strong stakeholder management across Business, Engineering, and External Entities.

Good to Have

Experience with high-concurrency systems.
Knowledge of Kafka-based event architectures.
Familiarity with cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, containerized

environments).

What We Are Not Looking For

Purely ceremony-driven Agile coordinators.
PMs without fintech platform experience.
Profile limited to documentation or reporting
