Role Overview

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications in production environments. The role involves working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure while collaborating directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or full-stack development.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.
  • Experience with RAG, AI agents, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Strong understanding of frontend development, state management, and performance optimisation.
  • Good knowledge of backend development, APIs, databases, and authentication.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production debugging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across the technology stack.
  • Startup or client-facing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, and agentic workflows.
  • Build and implement LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
  • Develop frontend interfaces and integrate backend services and APIs.
  • Build scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in production environments.
  • Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver customised solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects from problem definition to production deployment.
