Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building scalable web applications and integrating AI/ML capabilities into production-ready products.

The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development skills, hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, and an interest in building AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Develop robust backend services and REST APIs.
  • Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and generative AI capabilities into applications.
  • Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Build and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver new features.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure application reliability.

Required Skills

Frontend:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.

Backend:

  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
  • Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
  • Knowledge of authentication, integrations, and backend architecture.

AI/ML:

  • Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM APIs.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM-based applications.
  • Exposure to RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex is an advantage.

Database & Deployment:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of Docker and application deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.
  • Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
