We’re Hiring: Senior Backend / Cloud-Native Engineer (Go / Microservices)

📍 Location: Bangalore ( Client Location )

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Experience :4-6 Years

Interview Mode : L1 Virtual and L2 Face to Face.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go (Golang).
  • Architect and scale containerized Microservices communicating via gRPC, REST, and event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize service performance on Linux environments (profiling with pprof, diagnosing memory/CPU bottlenecks).
  • Collaborate across polyglot systems and support integration with existing services.

Key Requirements:

  • Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang), concurrent programming (goroutines, channels), and microservices architecture.
  • Must Have: Proficient in Linux environments, container tooling (Docker/Podman), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good to Have: Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/scripting).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), and SQL/NoSQL databases is a big plus.
