Salesforce Administrator & Developer

Keka HR
Hyderabad, Telangana, India

About Keka:

Keka is India’s #1 HR-Tech platform for SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise customers, now expanding aggressively across GCC and the US. Our unified SaaS platform powers everything from Core HR to Payroll, Talent, and Employee Experience for 10,000+ customers.

About the role:

Keka is implementing Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing.

This role sits within Revenue Operations and owns the platform day to day — configuration, build,

integrations and support — working with sales, finance, engineering, and customer success teams across India, US and MEA.

Role & Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, tier-1 user support, and license allocation

across the three clouds.

  • Declarative configuration: objects, fields, Lightning pages, validation rules, Flows, approval

processes.

  • Product catalogue, price books, bundles, discount and approval rules, quote templates in

Revenue Cloud Advanced.

  • Billing configuration in Revenue Cloud Billing: invoice schedules, payment terms, amendments,

renewals, proration.

  • Data hygiene — deduplication, imports, field audits, backup and restore routines.
  • Release management: sandbox refreshes, deployments, UAT support, post-release verification.

Build and development

  • Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, SOQL, test classes with real assertions.
  • Lightning Web Components for custom quoting, approval and billing screens.
  • Integrations over REST/SOAP APIs and platform events — including the HubSpot–Salesforce

two-way sync and the order-activation handshake with Keka's product platform.

  • Connect the wider GTM stack to Salesforce — enrichment, sequencing, calling and conversation intelligence tools — through native connectors, APIs or middleware.
  • Automation inside Salesforce: record-triggered and scheduled Flows, Apex jobs, platform

events, and Agent force or Einstein where it earns its place.

  • Git-based version control, SFDX and DevOps Center deployments, peer code review.
  • Debugging RCA and RCB behaviour: pricing, amendments, proration, invoice and payment errors.

Must have:

  • 2–4 years hands-on Salesforce experience in a combined admin and build role, at a product

company or an implementation partner, Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)

  • Platform Developer I, or demonstrable production Apex and LWC work.
  • Working depth in Flow Builder, SOQL, Data Loader and sandbox-to-production deployment.
  • Sales Cloud lead-to-opportunity configuration, plus exposure to CPQ or any quote-to-cash

process.

  • SQL and hands-on warehouse experience, Snowflake preferred — querying, scheduled jobs and

pushing data into the CRM.

  • Comfort with REST APIs, JSON and webhooks, plus a scripting language such as Python for data

movement.

  • Practical use of LLM tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build and speed up working

automations, not just to ask questions.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML or a related field
  • Clear written and spoken English; can run a requirement call with sales, finance and CS

stakeholders on their terms, not in object names.

  • Strong ownership — sees an issue through verification and leaves a clean audit trail.
  • Prioritizes calmly across competing regional requests and short deadlines.

Good to have

  • Project exposure or certification in Revenue Cloud Advanced, Revenue Cloud Billing, Salesforce

CPQ or Billing.

  • A greenfield Salesforce implementation, or a migration from HubSpot, Zoho or another CRM
  • SaaS subscription and recurring-revenue billing concepts: ARR, proration, co-terming, dunning,

revenue recognition.

  • Reverse-ETL or integration tooling — Hightouch, Census, Workato, Zapier or MuleSoft
  • CRM Analytics, Data Cloud or Agentforce
