We are looking for hiring an experienced Senior Java Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in modern Java technologies, Spring Boot, microservices and enterprise application development with Banking Domain experience.

Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 to 8Years

Salary : Upto 32LPA

Domain: Banking/BFSI

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of guiding development teams, and experienced in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Technical Requirements

Java 21 or Java 22 – Hands-on development experience (Mandatory)

Core Java & Spring Boot – Strong expertise

Microservices & REST APIs – Design and development

Kafka / RabbitMQ – Messaging systems

Databases – PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB or similar

Code Quality – SonarQube or equivalent tools

CI/CD – Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions
  • Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
  • Agentic AI concepts and applications
  • Experience in product development and customization

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Java developers while remaining hands-on with development.
  • Design, develop and optimize scalable enterprise applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements and solution design.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain high code-quality standards.
