About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Associate AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and deliver full-stack, cloud-native applications using modern UI frameworks and scalable backend microservices. You will work under established architectural guidelines to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot software components and features, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop micro products and services using React/Next.js for front-end and Spring Boot/Python for backend development.
  • Contribute to building AI-enabled features, including exposure to Generative AI and agent-based workflows, under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Enhance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, focusing on usability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Write and optimize database queries and stored procedures using MS SQL and work with GraphQL APIs for efficient data access.
  • Collaborate as part of an Agile/Scrum team to deliver new product features and services in iterative release cycles.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, following coding standards and incorporating feedback to improve code quality.
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, contributing to build, deployment, and automation efforts for cloud-native applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
  • Practical exposure to React-based UI development, Spring Microservices, and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Good understanding of building secure, reliable, and scalable systems, including authentication, authorization, performance optimization, logging, monitoring, and production support.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications or microservices.
  • Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Experience contributing to reusable backend services or shared application components.
  • Practical exposure to applying AI/ML or NLP concepts to real-world business problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build maintainable, reusable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Experience working with React, Next.js, Spring Boot, Python, GraphQL, and MS SQL technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of experimental methodologies, optimization, probability theory, and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex analytics findings and technical concepts to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, receive mentorship, and share knowledge with peers.
  • Passion for AI, machine learning, cloud-native development, and innovative product engineering.
