We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Developer who can independently own and deliver complex digital platforms, websites, and web applications while mentoring developers and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, Headless CMS platforms, and modern web architecture. This role requires complete ownership of enterprise websites, digital platforms, and web applications—from solution design and technical architecture to development, deployment, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of thinking beyond individual features and tasks, understanding the broader platform ecosystem including content management, user journeys, SEO, performance, integrations, analytics, and business goals.

This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of technical excellence, platform ownership, leadership, communication skills, and an AI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of websites, digital platforms, and web applications, from architecture to deployment.
  • Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Angular 14+, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Develop and manage content models and delivery architectures using Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Kontent.ai, Contentful, Strapi).
  • Design and implement robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms.
  • Optimize digital properties for performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, security, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready user interfaces.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate technical status, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot, Cursor) to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and workflow efficiency.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Frontend: Angular 14+, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, RxJS, Angular Routing, Angular Interceptors, Lazy Loading, State Management, Responsive Design, REST API Integration
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, API Security, Microservices, Server-Side Architecture
  • Headless CMS: Kontent.ai, Contentful, Strapi, Headless WordPress, API-First CMS Architecture, Content Modeling
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-Assisted Development Workflows
  • Others: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD Pipelines, Technical Documentation, Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and front-end within production environments.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Headless CMS-driven websites and digital platforms.
  • Proven experience building and deploying large-scale websites, portals, or web applications.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and API-first development.
  • Experience integrating third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to independently manage technical projects and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
