Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Salesforce Developer at Accelgrowth Technology Pvt Ltd. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including configuration, coding, and integration with external systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex code, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role involves collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs, and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and data integrity. The Salesforce Developer will also support Salesforce administration tasks, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex programming and customization on the Salesforce platform.
  • Candidates should possess experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
  • Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, such as user management, security configuration, workflows, and automation.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, data model, and integration capabilities (APIs, web services).
  • Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is highly beneficial.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and working with REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or similar delivery models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
