We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major product area end-to-end, from early discovery through launch and scaling. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering to build high-impact products across our fintech and trading platforms.

🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

  • Own product roadmap and prioritization based on user research, market signals, and business strategy
  • Define problems and prioritize what to solve before defining solutions
  • Write and own product specifications, scope, success criteria, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Own UX flows, wireframes, and product-level technical requirements
  • Partner with Engineering through architecture, development, QA, and launch
  • Own post-launch metrics including adoption, engagement, revenue/business impact, and user feedback
  • Translate product learnings into future discovery and roadmap decisions
  • Represent Product with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and regulatory-facing teams✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
  • 4–5 years of Product Management experience
  • Substantial experience in broking, trading, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and trading workflows
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end and being accountable for business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back on scope/prioritization
