What You’ll Work On:

✦ Own the end-to-end post-booking customer journey for a B2C travel business.

✦ Build AI agents and automate customer support, documentation, refunds, and operational workflows.

✦ Improve customer satisfaction, automation rates, and operational efficiency.

✦ Write PRDs, design AI workflows, and drive product execution.

✦ Lead and mentor a Product Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

✦ 5+ years in Product Management with hands-on AI/LLM or automation product experience.

✦ Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, and evaluation frameworks.

✦ Strong analytical skills, SQL, and customer experience ownership.

✦ Travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace experience is a plus.
