Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad - Hybrid

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, embeddings, structured outputs, function/tool calling, model selection, and LLM evaluation; experience with AWS Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents, tool calling, agent orchestration, memory/state management, and multi-agent systems using Bedrock Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of RAG, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, metadata filtering, and vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, Qdrant, or pgvector.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS services, preferably Bedrock, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, KMS, and Secrets Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, including API integrations, webhooks, LLM/agent workflows, databases, conditional logic, retries, scheduling, authentication, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Strong Python programming skills with experience in FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, SQL/databases, testing, logging, debugging, and production-grade application development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, automated testing, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and secure deployment practices.
  • Understanding of prompt injection, data leakage, access control, IAM, secrets management, encryption, guardrails, audit logging, responsible AI, and secure agent/tool execution.
  • Experience with monitoring AI applications for quality, latency, reliability, cost, and security, including logging, tracing, metrics, alerting, RAG evaluation, groundedness, correctness, and LLM-as-a-judge.
  • Ability to take AI solutions from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization, working effectively with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders.
