Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong, hands-on .NET Backend Developer to design and develop a scalable, enterprise-grade Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platform for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend applications using C#, .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop complex business rules, workflows, rating engines, and transaction processing systems.
  • Design and optimize databases for high-performance applications.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, data security, and audit logging.
  • Work on event-driven architecture, messaging, and asynchronous processing.
  • Handle coding, debugging, performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and frontend development teams.Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • SQL Server / PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Azure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Redis, caching, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
  • SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.Preferred:
  • Experience developing complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with configurable workflows, business rules engines, or financial transaction systems.
  • Understanding of US P&C insurance systems, ACORD, underwriting, or policy administration.

Important: We need a strong hands-on backend programmer, not a frontend developer or someone who has primarily managed teams. The candidate must have independently designed, coded, debugged, and deployed complex production applications.
