Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our B2B travel platform. The role involves understanding business requirements, documenting product features and coordinating with Development, QA, Operations and Finance teams to deliver improvements across booking and post-booking workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from business teams, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
  • Support product roadmap planning and backlog prioritisation.
  • Work with designers and developers to create clear, user-friendly features.
  • Coordinate with QA teams, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate features before release.
  • Support GDS and supplier API integrations, including business-rule mapping and issue tracking.
  • Analyse customer feedback, product usage and operational issues to identify improvements.
  • Track product performance, including booking success, feature adoption and manual processing.
  • Prepare release notes, user guides and training material.
  • Support automation across ticketing, refunds, exchanges, payments and reconciliation.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Travel Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation or travel technology.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to B2B travel platforms, OTAs or corporate booking tools.
  • Understanding of flight booking, ticketing and post-booking processes.
  • Familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or NDC integrations.
  • Knowledge of payment, wallet or reconciliation workflows.Success Measures
  • Clear requirements and acceptance criteria with minimal rework.
  • Timely delivery of assigned features.
  • Improved feature adoption and booking performance.
  • Reduced operational errors and manual effort.
