About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of Ewaa's AI-powered travel platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, operations and business teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into intuitive product experiences.

You'll play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, prioritising new features and ensuring we're delivering meaningful value to travellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather and translate user feedback, market research and business requirements into product specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to plan, develop and launch new features.
  • Define product priorities, manage backlogs and oversee development milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the AI concierge experience and end-to-end booking journey.
  • Monitor product performance and user behaviour to identify areas for optimisation.
  • Coordinate product testing, releases and ongoing improvements.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, travel industry trends and competitor developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within technology, SaaS or digital platforms.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and working with cross-functional development teams.
  • Understanding of UX principles, product analytics and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI-powered products or online travel platforms is an advantage.
