About the Role
You’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area, and the customer and business outcomes that come with it. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and business, you’ll turn deep customer insight into products that scale. You’ll also mentor and grow a team of product managers, raising the bar for how we build.
What You’ll Do
- Define vision, strategy, and priorities; enable strong roadmaps and own delivery outcomes
- Stay close to users and frontline teams like customer support, operations; turn insights into product decisions
- Set success metrics and use data/experiments to guide major bets
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Ops, and Compliance to shape product direction and major product decisions
- Prioritize across competing bets using customer, revenue, compliance, and cost trade-offs
- Own end-to-end outcomes, including GTM, adoption, and operating cadence
- Hire, coach, and raise the bar for PMs; build a high-performing team culture
Must Haves
- Product management experience, including mentoring/managing PMs
- Strong customer empathy, product thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and solid business understanding
- Data-driven, with solid tech grounding
- High ownership, clear written and verbal communication, and proven ability to hire and coach
