Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for consumer-facing mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing consumer app products, owning retention and engagement metrics, and implementing data-driven product improvements through experimentation, analytics, and user insights.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, UX/UI, design, and business teams to conceptualise, develop, and launch product features that enhance user experience, improve engagement, and drive long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retention and acquisition strategies for the mobile app using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Lead ideation, planning, and execution of new app features to improve user retention.
  • Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behavior and propose solutions.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize user retention metrics.
  • Communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to user retention and analyze their success.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–7 years of core Product Management experience, specifically in consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Proven ownership of user retention, engagement, or repeat-purchase metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools.
  • Practical experience in A/B testing and data-driven product optimisation.
  • Experience in gamification strategies or gamified consumer product features.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Educational background from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
  • Must be currently based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office five days a week.Good-to-Have Requirements
  • Experience in D2C wellness, HealthTech, subscription-based products, replenishment products, or habit/routine-based applications.
  • Experience working with products involving a human-in-the-loop customer support model.
