Founding Engineer - Agentic AI (Full-stack)

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship features end to end — front end, back end, and everything in between.
  • Build LLM-powered agents and workflows, and take them from prototype to production.
  • Turn experiments into reliable, maintainable systems.
  • Work with the founders and customers to decide what to build next.
  • Help set how we build: code review, testing, and release practices.
  • Keep up with a fast-moving field, try new models and tools, and adopt what actually works.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years shipping production software, or equivalent proof of work. We care more about what you've built than where.
  • Strong in TypeScript, and comfortable across the stack, UI, APIs, databases.
  • Cloudflare developer platform Workers, D1, R2, Durable Objects, Workflows. You've deployed real apps on it.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs prompting, tool calling, structured outputs.
  • Ownership. You take a problem from vague to done without waiting to be told how.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. Priorities change; you adapt without losing quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agent frameworks or SDKs
  • MCP, RAG, and vector databases
  • Evals and LLM observability
  • Cloudflare AI tooling — Workers AI, AI Gateway, the Agents SDK, Vectorize
  • Early-stage startup or founding-team experience
  • Open-source work or side projects you can show us
