NPA, Loans, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Digital Banking experience is mandatory.
Handle both T&M and Fixed-Price projects.
Collaborate with application development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that benefit the business.
Oversee J2EE and Microservices technology teams in an Onsite–Offshore delivery model.
Lead and manage large teams of resources.
Participate in and manage garages, review user journeys, measure outcomes, and report progress.
Chair review meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical foundation in Java and Microservices.
Progression from hands-on technical roles into a Program Management position.
Experience managing large-scale banking programs for Indian PSU Banks through IT services organizations.
Demonstrated exposure to P&L management, estimation, governance, delivery management, and stakeholder management.
