Job Description

MicroSave Consulting is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Executive – IT to manage, enhance, and optimise the organisation’s website and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for website development, CMS customisation, technical SEO, performance optimisation, security, integrations, and troubleshooting.

The role involves close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team and other stakeholders to ensure reliable, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsiblities

  • Manage, maintain, and enhance the organisation’s website and digital platforms.
  • Develop and customise websites using suitable web technologies and CMS platforms.
  • Implement technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Optimise website performance, speed, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Ensure website security, data protection, and regular maintenance.
  • Integrate third-party tools, applications, and digital services.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to implement digital requirements.
  • Translate business and communication requirements into effective digital solutions.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in web development and IT.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO and website performance optimisation.
  • Understanding of website security, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
