1. Salesforce Core Platform – Declarative Features

Strong design and hands-on experience with Flow, BRE, DPE, Platform Events, and Context Service.

2. Salesforce OmniStudio

FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and Data Mappers.

Exposure to DocGen, Dynamic Assessments, Form Framework, and Document Matrix.

3. Salesforce Customization

Strong hands-on experience in LWC and Apex.

4. Salesforce Platform Architecture

Platform architecture, configuration, governance limits, performance optimization, and scalability.

Value-Added Skills (Minimum 2 Preferred)

Education Cloud: Hands-on experience or Education Cloud certification/Trailhead.

Education Domain: Understanding of the education industry and related business processes.

PeopleSoft EduRec: Experience with education systems and data modelling.

Platform Integration: Strong understanding of integration patterns, frameworks, and declarative integration approaches.

Problem Solving: Experience handling the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution design, along with basic DevOps knowledge.

AI Skills: Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce and Claude Code.
