You’ll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing growth initiatives across the user lifecycle—from acquisition to retention to monetization—while maintaining a deep understanding of user behavior and business goals. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and enjoy experimenting your way to impact, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities; Growth & Product Strategy

● Use first principles thinking to break down complex problems, validate assumptions, and design scalable solutions.

● Build and manage the product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives

Execution & Experimentation

● Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, funnel experiments, and rapid prototypes.

● Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and ops teams to ship features and experiments at high velocity.

● Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with Marketing to optimize user acquisition channels and improve conversion flows.

● Work with Operations and Sales to understand on-ground challenges and co-create product-led solutions.

● Align stakeholders across product, business, and leadership with clear communication and prioritization frameworks.

Data-Driven Decision Making

● Define success metrics (KPIs) for all growth initiatives and track performance.

● Conduct deep dives on user funnels, behavior patterns, and bottlenecks to identify growth levers.

User Understanding

● Champion user empathy by drawing insights from user research, interviews, product data, and customer-facing teams.

● Translate insights into actionable product improvements.

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills

● 1–2 years of product management experience in Growth charter.

● Demonstrated ability to work on initiatives spanning product, marketing, operations, or sales.

● Strong first-principles problem solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.

● Proven ability to execute experiments and ship features in fast-paced environments.

● Comfort with data tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, Tableau). Preferred Background

● Experience in EdTech, Food Commerce, or E-commerce startups or scale-ups.

● Exposure to B2C consumer products with large user bases.

● Experience in funnel optimization, referral loops, habit-building features, or growth engines.

Why Join Us

● Build and scale products that impact millions of global learners.
