Job Description

Remote : 7+years

Required Skills:

• Software development: Java, JavaScript, Git, REST APIs, XML/XSLT, MS SQL, and PL/SQL.

• WMS application architecture: MOCA commands, PageBuilder, MTF/RF forms, WMS Integrator, IFD mappings, and algorithms.

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure.

• Databases: Oracle and SQL Server.

• WMS processes: Strong technical and functional understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support reusable, maintainable software components for customers implementing or migrating WMS, with a particular focus on customizations and modifications.

• Develop and upgrade modifications across Heritage WMS versions 2012–2024.

• Independently ramp up on CE WMS version 2025 and beyond within two weeks to support customers migrating from Heritage WMS using in-house tools.

• Collaborate with Scrum Leads and other team members on requirements gathering, design, development, testing, code reviews, and delivery of user stories.

• Participate in Scrum calls for each sprint and provide task updates.

• Take ownership of modifications and enhancements through completion and customer UAT.

• Provide excellent customer service and solution support.

• Continuously develop skills to meet customers’ evolving technology needs.

• Perform customization analysis and effort estimation (Senior WMS Developers and Technical Architects).

• Design workflows and integrations (Technical Architects).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.

• Familiarity with Jira.

Location, Availability, and Timeline:

• Fully remote, but resources must be available for all status calls.

• This is an immediate requirement, with an additional three weeks for onboarding.
