Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Lead Engineer with a strong emphasis on modern Angular front-end development to join a new project team at the client. This role is designed for someone who can operate as a Full Stack Lead Engineer, drive execution of work, and step into planning when needed - especially in scenarios where senior team members are unavailable. You’ll be joining a high-performing team of experienced engineers, working on a new initiative that aggregates data from multiple sources to deliver valuable insights to customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor, not just an order taker, and will help shape both the front-end experience and its integration with backend APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end development using Angular (v19+), building scalable, component-based web applications.
  • Leading Backend development that is based on .NET/C#
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help orchestrate Micro Frontend (MFE) structures.
  • Step into technical leadership roles when needed, including representing the team in meetings.
  • Be a technical lead for a small group of developers located in EDC
  • Collaborate across business units and work effectively within a distributed team.
  • Design and develop scalable cloud applications using Azure Cloud technologies.

Minimum Technical Qualifications

  • Angular (v19 or newer) expertise, with hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and ability to extend into backend logic when needed.
  • Experience with Full Stack development, ideally with a 70/30 front-end to back-end split.
  • Familiarity with Figma and translating designs into responsive UI components.
  • Experience working in .NET/C# backend environments.
  • Proven ability to ask the right questions, lead discussions, and represent technical perspectives.
  • Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with React, especially for navigation or hybrid applications.
  • Understanding of Azure Cloud Architecture, including services like Data Factory and ETL pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions.
  • Experience with SQL databases (Couch Db)

Preferred Skills / Interests

  • Experience developing, or managing the development of, Azure Cloud Functions
  • Experience with Microsoft ADO (Azure DevOps) for Agile development
  • Experience in Azure Cloud Features such as Resource Groups, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data storage and Azure security
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
