Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) to own our product development lifecycle from user interfaces and backend services to cloud infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications independently.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Backend Development: Design and develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and integrations using Python and modern backend frameworks.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable application architectures.
  • Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data handling.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and automated deployments.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, improve application performance, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
  • Project Ownership: Lead technical planning, estimate development timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Technical Leadership: Review code, establish development best practices, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Build and manage integrations with external APIs, AI services, payment systems, and other platforms.
  • Success in the role:
  • Successfully building applications from scratch.
  • Working seamlessly across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Making independent technical and architectural decisions.
  • Effectively troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Managing multiple development priorities.
  • Delivering scalable, production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.

What are we looking for

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production-ready full-stack applications.
  • Strong technical expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience independently managing projects from planning to deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced product development environments.
  • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and reliability.
