Job Title: Quality Digital Business Lead

Department: Quality Systems & Data

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Offshore - Remote

Role Overview

The Quality Digital Business Lead will manage and improve digital solutions for Enterprise Quality Performance Management, business intelligence, and data access across GMP and non-GMP processes. The role involves product backlog management, stakeholder engagement, Power BI reporting, testing and validation, change management, and driving digital adoption and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Gather business requirements from Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) and SMEs, prioritize requirements, and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Testing & Validation: Define testing strategies, coordinate business validation and UAT, maintain test documentation and defect logs, and support system release activities.
  • BI & Visualization: Translate business requirements into user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
  • Data & Automation: Improve data access, reporting, and process automation using Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GxP, QMS, computer system validation requirements, and internal security and risk management standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams, IT, external vendors, and globally distributed teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Change Management: Drive solution adoption, stakeholder communication, and rollout activities while promoting standardized and efficient processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance quality performance monitoring through data analytics, automation, AI, and actionable business insights.Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in digital product ownership, project/program management, or business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and roadmap management.
  • Experience with system validation, testing, deployment, change management, and risk management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Understanding of SQL, Python, DAX, Power Query (M), and Databricks is preferred.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), GMP/non-GMP processes, and GxP validation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology.
  • Project Management and Business Intelligence certifications are preferred.
