Senior Product Manager

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in software product management. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, understanding business requirements, defining product roadmaps and coordinating with development, QA and business teams to deliver successful software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on business goals and customer requirements.
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and prioritise product backlogs and manage sprint planning.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor product development progress and ensure releases meet defined requirements.
  • Coordinate product demos, UAT, testing and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor products and customer needs.
  • Manage product releases, documentation and feature enhancements.
  • Communicate product updates and project status to internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in software/SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories and product roadmaps.
  • Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
  • Understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS-based products.
  • Exposure to ERP, logistics, supply chain, oil & gas or business automation solutions.
  • Experience managing products from concept to launch.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and API integrations.Candidate Profile
  • Must be capable of independently managing product requirements and priorities.
  • Should be comfortable interacting with customers and technical teams.
  • Must have strong ownership and accountability.
  • Should be able to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.Experience Required: 5–8 Years
