Spot trends, decode consumers and identify the next big opportunity in beauty and personal care.
Turn ideas into products, from concept and formulation to sampling and launch.
Work with manufacturers, R&D labs and suppliers to bring products to life.
Source ingredients and packaging that balance branding, quality and cost.
Own product costing, pricing, pack sizes and gross margins.
Negotiate with vendors, manage timelines and solve problems on the go.
Make sure every product meets our standards for quality, performance and brand fit.
Take ownership. Move without being told. Obsess over the details.
Balance creative thinking with commercial rigour. Build products people want and businesses can scale.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where ideas move from concept to shelf, fast.
What we're looking for: 3–6 years of NPD experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance or personal care. Experience in India's D2C market and an existing manufacturer/supplier network are a strong advantage.
📍 Full Time in Gurgaon, Haryana — Udyog Vihar.
