About Previu

Previu is building a preventive healthcare platform that connects laboratory testing, health insights, physician-reviewed follow-up and ongoing care.

With the core platform built, we are preparing for our India launch in November 2026. We are looking for a hands-on product leader with strong healthcare technology experience who can translate clinical workflows, diagnostic data and technical integrations into a simple, reliable customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and health assessments to results, follow-up and ongoing care.
• Define and prioritise requirements across the patient app, care team workspace and physician portal.
• Translate approved clinical protocols into precise, testable product requirements while preserving clinical decision-making authority.
• Define laboratory, imaging and future wearable data workflows, including validation, reference ranges, missing or conflicting results, patient identity matching and audit trails.
• Work directly with engineering on healthcare integrations, APIs, data models, testing and release delivery.
• Establish requirements for healthcare interoperability, privacy, consent and access controls.
• Define product metrics and improve activation, care completion, follow-through and retention.

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning products end to end.
• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare technology products in digital health, diagnostics, clinical systems or healthcare interoperability.
• Strong working knowledge of HL7 FHIR, including healthcare data structures, resource mapping and integration workflows.
• Understanding of clinical and diagnostic data, including laboratory results, observations, units, reference ranges and terminology mapping.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL and relational database schemas.
• Ability to write implementation-ready specifications, acceptance criteria and test scenarios, and work directly with engineering and clinical teams.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy and consent requirements, including India's DPDP framework or comparable regulations.

Strong Advantages

• HL7 v2 messaging and production healthcare integrations.
• Experience integrating laboratories, LIS, EHR/EMR or hospital systems.
• Familiarity with LOINC, SNOMED CT, DICOM or medical imaging workflows.
• Experience with India's ABDM/ABHA ecosystem.
• Exposure to wearable integrations, longitudinal health records or international healthcare products.
