We are looking for a high-energy Program / Project Manager to help build and scale our Consumer Engagement/ Loyalty business. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who can think strategically, get into the details, rally teams, and make things happen. The ideal candidate is someone who combines the structured problem-solving of a top-tier consultant with the mindset of a digital operator - comfortable working across product, technology, marketing, analytics and business teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives from “what should we do?” to “it’s live.”

This is not a pure strategy or PMO role. We are looking for someone with execution excellence, strong digital understanding, a high ownership mindset, and the hustle to push through roadblocks and deliver outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Drive end-to-end programs across the Consumer Engagement/ Loyalty business - from defining the problem and building the roadmap to execution, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships and Operations teams to get initiatives delivered.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, execution plans, milestones, owners and KPIs.
  • Get into the details when required - understand customer journeys, digital funnels, product features, technology dependencies, data requirements and operational processes.
  • Run multiple workstreams simultaneously, proactively identify dependencies and relentlessly follow through on actions and deadlines.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and create clear, practical solutions that teams can execute.
  • Build compelling business cases and executive updates, but more importantly, stay close to execution and ensure the plan actually gets delivered.
  • Track program performance, identify what is working / not working, and quickly course-correct.
  • Work with senior stakeholders while also being comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working directly with execution teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the loyalty proposition, customer experience, engagement, rewards, partnerships and digital journeys.
  • Create a culture of high accountability, pace and bias for action across program teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain.
  • Strong understanding of digital businesses and digital product execution - you should be comfortable discussing customer journeys, apps/web, funnels, APIs, technology dependencies, data and product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive execution, rather than simply provide recommendations.
  • Excellent project/program management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills - you can influence without authority and get diverse teams moving in the same direction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in loyalty, fintech, payments, consumer tech, e-commerce, travel, retail or other digital/consumer businesses.
  • Experience launching or scaling digital products / propositions.
  • Exposure to customer analytics, CRM, growth, engagement or retention.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • MBA / postgraduate degree from a leading institution.
