Role Description As a Co-Founder at Aumra Labs, you will be responsible for driving the overall business and product strategy while working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves leading day-to-day operations, refining the company vision, and setting clear goals for product development and market expansion. You will engage with potential clients, partners, and investors, create go-to-market plans, and oversee core activities in sales, marketing, and customer discovery. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor research, making data-informed decisions, managing budgets and priorities, and building a high-performing team culture. You will also collaborate on fundraising, represent the company at events, and ensure that Aumra Labs stays focused on building impactful AI products for the Indian and global markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess market opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to identify leads, build relationships, negotiate deals, and close strategic partnerships.
• Marketing skills, including understanding of branding, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies for technology products.
• Research skills to explore customer needs, study competitors, analyze industry trends, and validate product-market fit.
• Prior experience in startups, product management, or building technology-driven businesses, preferably in AI or software.
• Ability to work hands-on in an early-stage environment, take ownership, and operate with limited resources.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating closely with technical founders and product teams.
