We are looking for an AI/ML Product Implementation Lead who can manage a small technical team, drive product implementations, and work closely with our engineering and customer teams to deliver reliable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers working on product development and implementation.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
  • Plan implementation activities, allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with developers to build, integrate, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Coordinate integrations with APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party applications.
  • Oversee deployments across cloud environments and customer infrastructure.
  • Participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and help the team resolve implementation challenges.
  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to improve product functionality based on customer feedback.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and establish effective development and deployment practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and help the team explore new tools and approaches.What We're Looking ForExperience & Technical Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, product implementation, technical consulting, or a related engineering role.
  • Strong programming fundamentals, preferably with hands-on experience in Python.
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and software integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and application deployment.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI applications is an advantage, but extensive specialised experience is not required.
  • Experience taking software projects from development or POC to deployment is preferred.Team Leadership & Project Management
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team of developers or engineers.
  • Ability to break down requirements into tasks, assign responsibilities, and track execution.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify blockers, solve problems, and keep projects moving.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and communicating technical requirements.
  • A proactive approach to ownership, accountability, and team collaboration.Good to Have
  • Experience with LLM-based applications, RAG, AI agents, or other Generative AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and AI application frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud-based AI deployments or GPU infrastructure.
  • Experience with vLLM, SGLang, or private and sovereign AI deployments.
  • Experience working in a product company, startup, or client-facing engineering environment.
