Senior Product Manager

CodeRound is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including defining product strategy, maintaining roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing development, coordinating releases, and tracking product growth.
• Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, customer feedback, data analysis, and industry research.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and product design teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and intuitive product experiences.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, and business functions to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze user adoption and engagement, and use data-driven insights to improve product performance.
• Manage QA and testing processes, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure features meet functional requirements and quality standards before release.
• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations to identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement.

Must have

7+ years of experience in Product Management, with hands-on experience building and scaling web and mobile applications. Proven ability to own the complete product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Experience writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining use cases, creating user stories, and documenting product specifications. Strong understanding of customer research, user behavior analysis, and translating customer insights into actionable product features. Demonstrated ability to identify product opportunities, generate feature ideas, and drive their execution from concept to launch. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, and business functions to deliver products on time. Experience working in Agile development environments, managing backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and coordinating feature releases. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define product metrics, track performance, evaluate user adoption, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Good to have

Experience building products in healthcare technology, HealthTech, e-commerce, B2B marketplaces, or supply chain platforms. Familiarity with payment workflows, lending journeys, credit products, transaction processing, or financial services integrations. Experience developing products for both web and mobile platforms, with an understanding of responsive design and mobile-first user experiences. Exposure to marketplace platforms, multi-sided business models, or products connecting buyers, suppliers, and service providers. Experience defining product analytics frameworks, tracking funnels, measuring conversion rates, and identifying opportunities for growth. Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools and collaborating closely with product designers on UX and interaction design. Experience managing product QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and post-launch feedback. Previous experience in early-stage team, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and the ability to build products amid evolving business requirements.
