Job Description: Principal AI Solution Architect

Experience: 12+ years in IT, with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud architecture, and technical leadership.

Must wored in similar positon in AI Driven solutions /product comany servicing Clients into Investment management

Role Overview

to lead enterprise AI solution design, presales, and delivery. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture with strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Lead presales activities, technical discovery, client workshops, solution presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Develop PoCs, prototypes, solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Build intelligent AI agents, multi-agent workflows, conversational AI, and enterprise automation solutions.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, business, data science, engineering, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor technical teams and drive AI innovation, reusable accelerators, and architectural excellence.

Required Skills

  • AI/ML & GenAI: LLMs, RAG, NLP, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and recommendation systems.
  • Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.
  • Cloud: AWS Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, GKE, and Azure AI services.
  • Technologies: Python, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and MLOps.
  • Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, API-driven platforms, security, scalability, and cloud cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, client-facing consulting, and technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, or AI certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in enterprise AI transformation, presales solutioning, proof-of-concept development, proposal preparation, and industry-specific AI solutions across financial services, travel, real estate, or other enterprise domains.
