Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Business Manager to manage and oversee the overall online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, planning business activities, monitoring daily workflows, driving online sales and ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.

The person will take ownership of business performance, team productivity and overall e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Overall E-commerce Business Management

  • Manage and oversee the company's overall e-commerce business operations
  • Develop business strategies and plans to increase online sales and revenue
  • Monitor business performance, sales growth and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to improve business operations and online presence
  • Set business targets and ensure their achievement2. Marketplace & Website Management
  • Oversee operations on Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce marketplaces
  • Manage and monitor the company website and product catalogue
  • Ensure proper product listings, pricing, inventory and stock management
  • Monitor orders, returns, account health and marketplace performance
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting sales3. Team & Task Management
  • Manage, guide and supervise team members across different functions
  • Allocate responsibilities and set clear targets and deadlines
  • Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely task completion
  • Identify delays, resolve workflow issues and ensure accountability
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth operations4. Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Plan and oversee Amazon PPC and Meta advertising campaigns
  • Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance and ROAS
  • Develop strategies for improving website traffic and conversions
  • Analyse campaign reports and implement performance improvements
  • Take ownership of pending tasks and ensure timely execution

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce business management
  • Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and website management
  • Experience in managing teams and handling business operations
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting and business analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple departments, people and deadlines
  • Result-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability

Work Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement
  • 2 days mandatory work from office in Sector 63, Noida
  • 4 working days from home
  • Should be available for regular team coordination and performance reviews
