Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with Business, Technology, Business Analysts, and Agile teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and end-to-end product implementation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.
Key Skills
- Strong Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance domain knowledge (mandatory).
- Product Backlog Management and Prioritization.
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies and Product Delivery.
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Product Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, and User Stories.
- Process Improvement, Metrics, and Risk Management.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. from a reputed university.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager.
- CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.
