We are looking for a Founding Engineer (Full Stack) to join us at Maasi and help build our core engineering team from the ground up.

Compensation: upto 15 LPA + generous esops

You will work directly alongside the founders with high agency and a free hand to shape our tech stack, product architecture, and engineering culture.

The Role & Agency

Direct Founder Collaboration: Partner closely with the founders to translate product vision into scalable, rock-solid architecture. No red tape, no bloated hierarchy.

High Ownership & Autonomy: You have full creative and architectural control—from designing core schemas to defining development workflows and picking the right tools.

Ability to lead engineering teams

Zero-to-One Infrastructure: Architect core systems covering payments, identity, background verification, real-time tracking, and cross-platform apps.

Agentic Automation: Integrate AI agentic workflows into production to automate manual processes and 10x our operational speed.

Who Fits This Role

Experience: 3+ years building production-grade web and mobile applications as a versatile full-stack engineer.

Stack: Strong foundation in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, React Native, or similar). We care more about fundamental engineering intuition than dogma around specific frameworks.

Builder Mentality: Comfort navigating ambiguity, taking calculated risks, and an instinct for shipping working software over endless debate.

AI-First Curiosity: Genuine interest in leveraging LLMs and agent frameworks to eliminate repetitive engineering bottlenecks.
