Key Skills Required:

✅ Strong hands-on coding in Java / C# / C++ or similar languages

✅ Distributed systems and backend architecture

✅ REST APIs, asynchronous messaging & integrations

✅ SQL/NoSQL databases, schema design & query optimization

✅ Cloud-native development, scalability & performance optimization

✅ Unit testing, code reviews, debugging & production support

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Strong backend engineering fundamentals

🔹 Experience owning complex backend components

🔹 Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure services

🔹 Good career stability and problem-solving skills

Experience in Contact Center, Analytics, Data Platforms, or third-party integrations will be an added advantage.
