Product Manager

We're Hiring: Product Manager/ Executive | Amaterasu Lifesciences

We are expanding our team at Amaterasu Lifesciences, an R&D-driven healthcare company dedicated to building specialized drug delivery platforms across topical, critical care, and injectable segments. We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Product Manager to join us at our office in Tardeo, Mumbai, in the offline marketing team for our hospital division focused on the critical care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Execution: Translate brand positioning into go-to-market strategies for the hospital vertical and lead creative campaigns.
• Sales & Promotional Drives: Formulate promotional strategy, design sales team incentives, and evaluate market trends and campaign ROI.
• Market & Data Analysis: Evaluate primary and secondary sales data, monitor competitor activities, and track campaign ROI and KPIs.
• Field Force & SFE Support: Assist with field force training, coordinate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) implementation, and ensure timely delivery of trade inputs.
• KOL & Event Engagement: Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives and ensure impactful participation in customer conferences
• Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 4–5 years in Product Management (experience handling critical care products or medical consumables is a strong plus). Candidates with less experience will be considered for Product Executive role.
• Education: Science Graduate with an MBA or PGDM in Marketing.
• Key Competencies: Strong medical understanding, data-driven analytical mindset, and an ability to bring consumer-style marketing to pharma products.
